An investment in your wellbeing
Nurturing our health is a gradual process over time and often asks for an investment of our energy and financial resources. We have dedicated many years to learning and refining our crafts whilst undertaking personal therapy and professional supervision. This continued learning allows us to offer a grounded, neutral space of compassion, curiosity and care in which you can feel supported as you navigate your own journey.
Fees (inclusive of GST)
From 1 January 2027 the following fees apply to individual sessions:
Initial Consult (75min) $175
1hr Follow-up (60min) $150
1.5hr Follow-up (90min) $200
Children/Babies Follow-up (45min) $120
Online Reiki/Biofield Tuning (30min) $80
Travel
For home or office visits requiring travel, a fee of $30 applies within 10km and $50 beyond 10km from Tingira Heights.
Payment
Unless alternative arrangements have been made before hand, payment is appreciated at the time of your session. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, cash or bank transfer.
Sliding scale appointments
A limited number of appointments are available on a sliding scale, on a short-term basis. These appointments are offered according to individual circumstances and availability. If finances are a consideration, please get in touch. We can have a conversation about your circumstances and explore what might be possible.
Rescheduling & cancellation
We understand that life doesn’t always unfold as planned. If you need to change your appointment, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible so that the time can be offered to someone else on the waiting list. Appointments can be rescheduled prior to 24hrs notice without charge. The following cancellation policy applies:
-
Within 48 hours: A $50 cancellation fee applies.
-
Within 24 hours or non-attendance: The full session fee applies.
Fees are non-refundable. Thank you for respecting our time and the limited spaces available for each appointment.
Arriving late
If you arrive late, we will begin when you arrive, with the session finishing at its originally scheduled time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late and we haven’t heard from you, the appointment will be cancelled and full session fee will apply. If you are running behind, please send us a message so we know to expect you.
Private health & NDIS
Our services are not covered by Medicare. However, as a Level 3 Senior Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Australia, sessions with Hannah are recognised by some private health funds as a provider. Depending on your individual level of cover, some self-managed NDIS plans may offer reimbursement for eligible services. We recommend checking directly with your provider to confirm your eligibility and available rebates before your appointment. An official receipt can be provided for you to submit to your provider.
Confirmation of your appointment
Once your appointment has been booked, you will receive an email confirmation with the date and time of your session. This will be followed by an SMS with the address details and a link to an online intake form.
For first-time clients, we will endeavour to give you a call within 48 hours of your booking. This gives us an opportunity to connect briefly, talk about what you can expect and hear any intentions, concerns or hopes you may have for our time together.
A note about Millie, our therapy dog
For appointments held at Tingira Heights, you may have the opportunity to meet Millie, our friendly Jack Russell.
Millie is currently being trained as a therapy dog and will generally be settled inside or out on the deck. When a client is comfortable with it, she may also be invited into the therapy room.
We appreciate that not everyone feels comfortable around dogs and allergies or other sensitivities are important to consider. Millie can be kept in a separate area for the duration of your appointment, if preferred.
Please let us know (ahead of time) if you have any concerns or would prefer that she isn’t present for your session. Your comfort, safety and sense of ease are always the priority.
"When starting out, going to one class per week or sitting in meditation occasionally can be beneficial. However, to experience a profound shift in your body and mind, a tailored practice consistently repeated and modified to suit your changing needs deepens the relationship between you and the divine source within."
- Hannah Perkins
